Kieran
General manager
Kieran has spent over 8 years within our company, starting out as a line cook while in university. He has now been General Manager of The Duke for the last 3 years and enjoys being able to work in the community where he lives. Kieran is currently completing his Master of Business Administration through the University of Fredericton and lives at home with his daughter. When not at the bar, he is busy playing soccer and softball, and visiting parks and playgrounds with his little one.
Luigi
Kitchen Manager
A former commercial pilot, Luigi came to The Duke later in life looking to continue working with his first passion, food. Having spent months on end in Italy growing up, Luigi is no stranger to quality food and applies many methods learned abroad right here in our kitchen. Luigi can be seen riding his motorbike in the summertime, or hanging out at home with his cat, Tazzi.
